  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

For made-to-order or print-on-demand products, processing time may be closer to the upper limit.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.


3. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product type:

Print-on-Demand Products

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–15 business days

Regular Products (Supplier Direct Shipping)

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time (U.S.): 7–15 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 9–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order.

  • Free shipping promotions may be available for selected products or during specific campaigns.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email, when available.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • If tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.


6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information or failure to receive the package.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


7. Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within the United States generally do not incur additional customs duties.

If any duties, taxes, or import fees apply due to regulatory changes or special circumstances, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order:

  • Has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, or

  • Is marked as delivered but not received

Please first contact the shipping carrier for clarification, and then reach out to us within 30 days of the shipping date.

We will assist you in communicating with the carrier, but we are not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping provider.
